Working Principle

Pipe Necking Sealing Principle: The pipe necking sealing machine applies radial pressure to the end of the steel pipe through a mold, gradually reducing the diameter of the steel pipe end. The mold usually has a specific shape and size. Under the action of pressure, the metal material at the end of the steel pipe undergoes plastic deformation, and the pipe wall shrinks inward, ultimately achieving the closure of the end.
